The powerpoint shows how the document camera was integrated into the Language Arts Curriculum. These slides represent lessons on making inferences to contribute to the meaning of the story and reading comprehension. Personal Reflection I like the document camera. It provides the students to see most of the text in rich, vibrant color, which keeps them interested and engaged. The document camera affords me the opportunity to allow me to model things for students as a whole class. That helps me to save time and provides the students with clarity. I can show students how to use manipulatives, model a science project, provided everyone with a text, etc. It caters to all learning styles. So it is a great tool and helps me to save trees! My one gripe with the camera is that I can't operate it with the lights off, everything gets dark.
